Services and Prices

  1. No Worry Program $165 – This service not only covers in-store labor to fix your computer the first time it comes in, but also will cover it for any in-store labor for the next year, excluding any data backups after the first visit. Any data that needs to be backed up after the first visit will only be $45, no other labor will be charged to fix the computer.

  2. Additional No Worry Program $115 – If you have more than one computer in your home and want to add it to your “No Worry Program” it is just an additional $115, but it must be purchased at the time of payment of your first “No Worry Program”. Otherwise each additional computer you bring in will be the full price of $165.

  3. Data Backup $85 – Our data backup service includes backing up your data from a functioning hard drive and copying to DVD or an external hard drive if you have one. We can also copy your data from an old hard drive to a new hard drive or computer. If you have a “No Worry Program” you will not be charged this fee it is included in the first service of your computer when it is on the “No Worry Program”.

  4. Data Recovery (failing hard drive) $165 – If your hard drive is not booting into Windows or not being recognized by the computer and we have to run a data recovery program to try and retrieve your data, this will be considered and charged as a “Data Recovery” not a “Data Backup”. If we are unable to recover any data you will not be charged the full amount of a “Data Recovery”. We will only charge $45 if we are unsuccessful at recovering any data. (Other company's will charge you the full amount whether they recover any of your data or not)

  5. Diagnostic Fee $45 – A diagnostic fee is only charged when you ask us to find out what is wrong with your computer and do not want to move forward with the repair. Otherwise a diagnostic fee will not be charged or added to the price of service.

  6. In Store Labor $75/hr – If you decide you do not want the “No Worry Program” or the service being provided does not match any of the above services. You will be billed at the rate of $75 an hour and your computer will not be covered for any other in-store labor like what is included in our “No Worry Program” We really feel our “No Worry Program” is the best value to our customer and is a unique service that only we offer.

  7. On Site Service $95/hr – Includes all on site labor, billed out hourly only.
